Founded 10 years ago by a team of passionate chefs, our goal is to provide the necessary tools to professionals and gastronomy enthusiasts. We put our expertise at the service of renowned gastronomy schools and we are proud to contribute to the perpetuation of culinary art.

The starting point: a real love of the table

Meals are of capital importance in our society. They allow us to delight the senses, but also to come together. This dual nature of gastronomy is the foundation of NH&R. We wanted to create a company that perfectly illustrates these values. This is why we strive on the one hand to produce equipment that is aesthetic and of quality. On the other hand, our creations are also easy to use and accessible to as many people as possible.

We founded NH&R over 10 years ago. As chefs, our desire was to offer products of exceptional quality. To achieve this, the management team is composed solely of enthusiasts, with degrees in cooking and apprenticeships. We wanted to give everyone the tools they need to practice this art that we practice every day. This is how a project created by enthusiasts for enthusiasts was born.
