The TFP Commis de CUISINE case is a complete set of kitchen tools and utensils designed for students training as kitchen assistants. This prestigious case offers all the equipment necessary to start a career in the kitchen. It is stored in a polyester case measuring 52 x 24 x 12 cm and weighing 4.2 kg. This high-end case is ideal for enabling future kitchen assistants to build up quality professional equipment from the start of their training.

Cleaning the case:

  • Clean with a soft, damp cloth, avoid aggressive products
  • Dry thoroughly after cleaning
  • Store in a dry place away from light

Utensil care:

  • Clean with warm soapy water after each use, dry thoroughly
  • Sharpen knives regularly with the sharpener provided
  • Lightly oil the knife blades
  • Avoid the dishwasher for stainless steel utensils
  • Store the utensils in the case
